    Homes in a few hours!

What if you could build a home as easily as you could bake a cake? That’s exactly how the patented IADDIC housing system works. With only a few ingredients and our iMOLD (so easy to assemble the only tool you need is a hammer) and you are ready. Just locate the windows and doors in the mold, mix and pour the SIH material in the mold (or micro-factory), and 2 people can make an iHouse in just a few hours. Click on this video image to see the process.

The secret to low-income social housing or emergency relief shelters is the ability to delivery permanent structures FAST! But construction is complex, takes lots of skilled labor, involves dozens of products, and requires tight management and logistics… right? IADDIC removes the complexity, dramatically speeds up the process and creates new local business opportunities with its iSeries family of low cost homes, disaster relief products, and micro-enterprise solutions.

How It’s Made

Products

EcoMOLD

Can you imagine fitting 5 homes in the back of a pickup truck and going anywhere in the world?  We designed the EcoMOLD with just this challenge in mind.  This “go-anywhere”, “leave-no-trace” solution is an ecologically friendly disposable mold.  Each EcoMOLD will produce up to 5 shelters or one-room homes.  iVillage kits of 5, known as the EcoVillage, are available in a standard 10’x10’ size.

Products

PortaMOLD

The PortaMOLD is the big brother to the EcoMOLD.  This go-anywhere solution is constructed of recyclable plastic materials that can produce up to 25 iHouse units from a single mold.  Light weight, portable, and highly weather resistant, this mold is ideal for hard to reach locations where tropical climate conditions exist.  iVillage kits of 5, 10, and 25 are available in a standard 10’x10’ size.  Ask us about custom sizes.

Products

DuraMOLD

The workhorse of the IADDIC iMOLD family is the DuraMOLD. This micro-factory/micro-business solution is made of durable materials that can produce up to 1000 iHouse units.  Each DuraMOLD is a simple panelized construction; making it easy to take directly to the job site or to set up in a centralized location. A hammer is the only tool needed to assemble this mold which is available in a wide variety of sizes and roof styles.

Products

IndyMOLD

When maximum output per day is needed for your projects we recommend the IndyMOLD, named both for the speed of production and the industrial strength nature of this product.   The IndyMOLD is designed to make 1000’s of iHouse units, and with automated dispensing and material handling equipment, each mold can produce up to 10 units per day (8 hour shift).

Manual Production

Manual production is a highly desired method of manufacturing the iShelter or iHouse.  Imagine a process so simple it can be taught to anyone in any language in less than 15 minutes.  This basic process makes it possible to build shelters or houses in remote locations while employing local labor, thus boosting the economy and lives of third world countries.

Products

Volume Production

Adding automation to your project will assist in delivering on larger volume projects with ever faster cycle times.  Automated dispensing equipment is at the heart of this process and is usually mounted on mobile equipment like a trailer to compliment your on site operations.  IADDIC also has the ability to adjust the chemistry of SIH to speed up both expansion and cure time.

IADDIC Options
