Can you imagine a permanent home being made in just a few hours by just a few people?  Introducing Houses by IADDIC, the world’s first structurally insulated home.  Insulated foam has been around the construction industry for decades in spray-on form, SIPs (Structurally Insulated Panels), or ICFs (Insulated Concrete Forms).  IADDIC has patented and perfected the process of molding an entire seamless room at a time; roof, windows, doors, vents.  This house has the potential to transform the low cost housing industry in terms of cost, speed, energy efficiency, cultural styling, manpower utilization, and micro-business opportunity for the people that need it most.

DIY SIP Panels

SIP Panels are a mainstay in the construction industry.  They are used extensively in modern construction and offer a number of benefits including being: highly insulated and easy to assemble.  The larger concern for most however, is that they are not readily available to the DIY home builder, are rarely tailored to specific needs, and are expensive to ship.  Our line of DIY SIP Panel kits changes this by giving you the opportunity to build your panels to your requirements.  This way, you get the benefit of a SIP with the flexibility to meet your project needs…at an affordable price.

How Shelters and Low Cost Housing are Made

Options

Manual Production

Manual production is a highly desired method of manufacturing the IADDIC Shelter and Houses.  Imagine a process so simple it can be taught to anyone in any language in less than 15 minutes.  This basic process makes it possible to build shelters or houses in remote locations while employing local labor, thus boosting the economy and lives of third world countries.

Volume Production

Adding automation to your project will assist in delivering on larger volume projects with ever faster cycle times.  Automated dispensing equipment is at the heart of this process and is usually mounted on mobile equipment like a trailer to complement your on site operations.  IADDIC also has the ability to adjust the chemistry of SIH to speed up both expansion and cure time.

IADDIC Options

IADDIC offers its own line of windows, doors, vents, shutters, and electrical systems.  These product options are specifically designed to meet the price and durability characteristics of the developing world.  IADDIC will also take on custom mold projects including panelized systems (the iPanel) to support free standing walls, parapet walls or other architectural features.
