SIP Panel house construction anywhere in the world.

SIP Panel House Construction includes everything from simple small houses with thin wall SIP Panels to luxury houses, townhouses and more.  Sip Panel house construction has been available and in use in the United States for many decades.  However; SIP Panels are not available in the vast majority of the world.  For this reason we have developed a suite of tools and a collection of materials that are used to produce SIP Panels for almost any structure almost anywhere in the world.

SIP Panel House designs

House designs come in two varieties.  Designs by the commercial contractor looking to maximize profits and the future home builder looking to personalize their living space.  Whichever category you are in we offer a sip panel house design service that takes your plans and converts them into sip panel construction documents.  The panel plan we generate covers every panel used in the construction process and identifies exactly what needs to be done with the panel from ensuring electrical and plumbing fit properly to knowing exactly where the panel fits in the structure. We have the tools to import your plans directly and superimpose the panels onto your floor plan.  We do very little to change the design and will discuss any changes that need to be made to accommodate the sip panels.

How SIP Panel Houses are made

The most important thing to know about our SIP Panel building systems is that they are all used on site where they are needed.  Why is this so important.  Because you simply can not afford to ship SIP’s.  Our systems take advantage of the structural polyurethane foams expansion of 20 to 40 times when used.  This means nothing is as affordable to ship.  Guaranteed!  can not ship SIP Panles

Kits for Building Houses and More

When making panels on site convenient kitting and packaging wins the day.  So the first of the SIP Panel manufacturing kits is a field SIP Panel Press for making SIP Panels for an almost unlimited number of house and building sizes and configurations.  Don’t let pre-made designs limit what can be done.  These kits are also perfect for building sip panels for schools, clinics, small houses and more.  Projects requiring large numbers of houses can be made in our one of kind Global Mobile Factory.  The Factories connect to panel presses to create a continuous panel production system.

Customer Driven SIP Panel Designs

The following panel structures are just a sampling of the shapes and sizes available using SIP Panels.  Almost any configuration can be made!  These customer driven sip panel house design examples feature a variety of wall and roof thicknesses from 1-1/4″ to over 8″.  We start the series with thin wall SIP models we call a house shelters.  They are small structures that can be either a shelter or a house or something in between. From there we move on to conventional housing and then to larger structures like apartments and townhouses.

Cross-Over – House Shelters

This is a special class of shelters.  The following shelters are large enough to be small  houses yet small enough to still be considered shelters.  We have designed these shelters to be either small houses or shelters by enlarging the thickness of the panels used.  A light duty house or heavy duty shelter can be constructed with thin wall SIP Panels for the walls (2-1/8″ thick walls panels) and thicker SIPs (4-1/4″ inch or more) for the roof maklng these “cross-over” shelters feel and function more like a house yet are affordable like a shelter.
